Bob Anderson

Bob is the patriarch of the Anderson - Leap family. He is one of the few regular men married to non-human Delta women, the Usagimimi Hope Leap. Together they have 11 children, 10 girls and 1 boy.

Meeting Hope

Bob was 14 years old when one day returning home from school he walks in front of a gas station and notices an older girl, 18 years old, attending at the pumps. She was new and big, over two heads taller than he and she was absurdly beautiful. This woman was a young Hope who had just began working at that gas station while she figures out what she wanted to do, but what was meant to be a few months became four years.

Hope didn't know it at the time, but Bob would walk half a kilometer home every day of the week even though he had his driver's license at 16, but he preferred to walk just to take his time and see her, and if he was lucky, to exchange a smile with the large Usagimimi.

On the last day of school of the previous to the last year of high school, Bob approached Hope and asked if he could have her number. By this time, they were on speaking terms, usually exchanging hellos as he walked by. He called her that very night and they started talking nearly every evening through the summer. He didn't have the nerve to ask her on a date, specially since he was still 17 and felt she wouldn't accept. It wasn't until his senior prom close to his graduation where he filled up with courage and asked her to be his date. To his surprise, Hope accepted and they went together to the dance. They had such a great time, she decided to stay with him for the evening, going all the way together on their first night.

Three weeks after Bob's graduation, Hope told him she was pregnant. He froze for a moment, then swore he'd stand by whatever she decided. She explained that for women like her there is no way to terminate a pregnancy; the embryo is as resistant to toxins and drugs as she is, and there is no known way to induce a miscarriage. Bob asked her to marry him that same day.

Nine months later their first child, Pamela, was born. They moved into Bob's family home for a while, his own mother helping Hope through the pregnancy, before the young couple eventually got a place of their own.

Pamela and Early Fatherhood

Pamela's birth set the pattern that would repeat with nearly every daughter after her. As a typical meta infant she was far denser and heavier than a regular baby, dense enough that by the time she was six she already weighed as much as Bob himself, and by ten it had become too dangerous for her to even sit on his lap; the last time she tried, she nearly broke his leg without meaning to. It was an accident like that, Pam hurting him without meaning to, that first revealed her healing touch, mending the injury completely. He and Hope were stunned by it and made a point of telling her to keep it quiet, worried about the kind of attention a girl who could cure the sick would draw if word ever got out.

Healed or not, the danger of what a toddler that strong could do to him by accident never went away, and Hope made a rule Bob wasn't allowed to break: he'd keep his physical distance from Pam until she was old enough to reliably control herself. Bob did his best to stay close to his daughter in every way that didn't involve touch, and it wasn't until her early teens that he could finally hold her the way he'd wanted to from the start. It became the template for how he'd have to navigate fatherhood with most of his other daughters too, present and loving from a careful distance until each of them grew up enough.

Laurel's Birth

Laurel's birth hit Bob differently. He knew Futanari individuals existed but had never actually met one before, and learning his own infant daughter was born with both male and female anatomy left him genuinely shaken for a moment, caught between shock and a brief sense of dread. It didn't last. His love for his daughter won out over the surprise, and he walked out of the hospital that day with his wife and his two young daughters a happy man, prejudice set aside for good.

The same enforced distance that shaped his early years with Pam repeated with Laurel, kept at arm's length physically for her own safety until her early teens, same as her older sister. Laurel didn't know the real reason behind it, though, and for years she quietly resented her father, convinced the distance was really about her being futa rather than her strength. It took her seriously hurting a boy her own age by accident, and realizing she could have done the same to her own father, for her to finally understand what he'd actually been protecting her from. She came home that day and hugged him carefully, telling him she finally got it. The two of them have been close ever since.

Career

Bob gave up on college and took a job as a junior teller at a bank to provide for his growing family, a job he would hold for many years. At one point in his career he did very well, rising to branch manager, and was able to buy a large house built to accommodate his wife's growing size. Later the bank closed, and he struggled to find comparable work, eventually accepting a job as a senior teller for significantly less pay.

For a long stretch, things were extremely tight in the household, with most of what Bob earned going to bills and the kids' education. Things eased somewhat once the older children began finishing school and working:
Pamela graduated medical school and began contributing part of her earnings, followed by Laurel, who became a chef; Elizabeth, who finished nursing school and went to work as Pamela's assistant at her new clinic; Violet, who eventually made good money modeling; and Brigitte, who became a radio disc jockey right after high school. Lisa tries to help around the house as well, though it's difficult for her to hold a steady job given her clumsiness and chaotic, accident-prone nature. The rest of the children are still in school. Bob is extremely proud of his daughters and how they're finding their place in the world.

Married Life

When Bob and Hope married, he was fresh out of high school at 18 and Hope had just turned 22, standing 2.40 meters tall (7'11"). Their size difference was already stark, but manageable, allowing for conventional if intense romance. As the years passed and Hope grew to her current 3.46 meters (11'4"), their sexual dynamic became far more extreme, her drive intensifying along with her size, often requiring Bob to be more of a sex toy than a conventional partner. Bob has accepted this role and sees it as an honor to satisfy a creature as divine as his wife, even when it means being folded into compromising, occasionally dangerous positions. After their eleventh child, Skipper, Bob got a vasectomy; between Hope's extreme fertility and her drive, the two of them agreed eleven kids was plenty.

As the decades have passed, the gap between them has only widened. Hope has grown bigger, stronger, and hungrier with age, while Bob, aging the way any regular man does, has slowed down and simply can't keep pace most nights anymore. He doesn't take it personally, and he's under no illusion that Hope's needs stop just because he's spent; she's more than capable of finishing on her own when he can't keep going, something he made his peace with a long time ago as part of loving a woman built on an entirely different scale than him.

About fifteen years ago, while Pamela was still in high school, that growing gap started curdling into something Bob didn't like feeling in himself: real resentment, not at Hope, but at his own aging body for not being able to satisfy the woman he loved. He didn't want her unhappy on his account, so he brought it up, and the two of them had a long, honest talk that ended in an understanding: Hope would find release outside their marriage, taking the pressure off him and giving her the kind of intense experiences he simply couldn't provide anymore. The only rule was that it stay outside the house and outside conversation inside it; in a home full of children with hearing sharp enough to catch a whisper through two closed doors, nothing said under that roof stays private, so they simply don't discuss it there. It's been fifteen years since, and if anything the arrangement has only made their marriage stronger.

Personality

Bob is generally a very chill person, almost meek, finding it very hard for him to contradict or push back on his much larger and stronger wife and daughters. They don't really push him around or anything like that, but still he feels diminished around them and has gotten used to just going along with whatever they want to do. He feels a special closeness with his son Ray as he is the only other regular person at home.

He is truly happiest when all his family is gathered together for big occasions like holidays.
