Lisa Anderson

Lisa is the sixth child of Hope and Bob, between her sisters Elizabeth and Tammy; literally the middle child of 11 siblings. She graduated from Kevin Lea Leap High School a year or more before the present day and has been holding odd jobs since then, mostly as a waitress, unable to hold a single job for more than a few months. She is considered the most dangerous of the family for all the wrong reasons.

BACKSTORY

Lisa was born 20 years ago, when her two oldest sisters, Pamela and Laurel were already going to school. As the youngest child at the moment, she was mostly looked after by their mother or when Hope was busy by Violet who was only 5.

By the time Lisa began to walk, Violet was already joining Laurel in primary school so Lisa would be taken care of by Brigitte and Elizabeth
who were not much older than her. As she grew up a little more, some of Lisa's more characteristic traits began to manifest, like her uncanny ability to cause accidents.

At three years old she and her sisters were playing hide and seek, to which Lisa hid behind a large tree in the backyard. She was so excited by the game she leaned too hard against the tree and unintentionally snapped the trunk of the tree near the root, causing the whole thing to come down over the fence and smash the neighbor's car. Fortunately there was no one inside.

In another instance around the same time, Elizabeth was teasing Lisa and she responded by giving her older sister a little shove. She did not measure her strength properly and sent her then five year old sister through the house and across several streets with her nearly invulnerable body digging a trench through the pavement as she hit the ground. Elizabeth was unharmed by the throw and laughed as she leapt back home, with her clothes in tatters, however the damage to the house and street were considerable.

From then on, Hope took a more direct approach with Lisa, keeping her at her side nearly constantly. This isolated her a little from her sisters but in turn made her bond more with her mother. She spent a lot of time with both her parents, including her father who could easily be hurt by any of Lisa's accidents. The idea was to keep her close but still keep a distance, so they would spend time watching tv or him reading a book to her while keeping enough distance as to be safe from an unintentional backhand or accidental kick. This time spent with both her parents had an effect on her conversational skills, making her more eloquent as she became more accustomed to speak with adults than with kids her age.

Control and Clumsiness

Lisa's biggest problem is control, more specifically the spatial awareness most people have to instinctively sense what's around one, that keeps us from bumping into everything outside our field of vision. She has to consciously pay attention to her surroundings to navigate without problems, causing any loss of focus or any wandering of the mind to become potentially dangerous as she can easily stretch her arms and knock down a wall she forgot was there.

When she concentrates, though, Lisa is every bit her sisters' equal. She has the same extraordinary faculties they do, including the dexterity, memory and intelligence, and she is perfectly capable of memorizing the orders of an entire banquet table without forgetting the smallest detail, or carrying a tray of a dozen plates and drinks balanced on one finger without spilling a drop. It is when she gets distracted that the problems begin.

Menace at school

To be expected, when Lisa turned six she was enrolled in primary school much to Hope's worry. She had sent by now five hyper strong girls to spend hours with very fragile regular people and felt quite confident everything was going to be fine, but with Lisa the first week was a nail-biting experience for the matriarch.

Lisa started primary school with four sisters in there to keep an eye on her. Before Lisa came to school, Elizabeth was the kid sister tagging along with her two older siblings but once Lisa came to school Elizabeth did her best to be Lisa's shadow. This however did not sit well with Lisa who understood her sisters were not by her side for her but for the sake of everyone else.

Even with her sister's interventions to prevent Lisa from accidentally knocking a kids' heads off, she did manage to accidentally send a kid flying on the playground who was fortunately caught by Violet before he got hurt. Brigitte also put herself between Lisa and other kids when she noticed she was about to trample them as she walked without looking where she was going.

Making friends

The first year was complicated for Lisa because she felt her family didn't trust her, and she even began resenting regular people for being so weak and pathetic. This however changed in her second year when two new kids came to her class. Jenna and Sam, both befriended Lisa who at first was weary of them. Everyone at school had learned the hard way to keep clear of Lisa but these two new kids did not know her past history and just thought she was pretty and special.

Lisa became really fond of those two and spent nearly all her time with them instead of with her sisters. Elizabeth would make a point to check up on her regularly or keep an eye on her from a distance but over time she realized Lisa was truly making an effort to be safe with those two. Lisa made it a point to always be on the lookout to see if Jenna and Sam where nearby and if any of them were she would be hyper-focused and super careful.

As they got older, Jenna became Lisa's best friend and confidant, who Lisa has told about every time she's accidentally hurt someone. Jenna is the security blanket that Lisa needs to cope with everything everyone she's hurt without meaning to. Sam also became very important in Lisa's life, as the boy she wants in her life but is too afraid to get too close and hurt him.

By the time they were in high school, he's gone as far as begging her to be with him, and she's dying to say yes, but has not.

Lisa truly cared for Sam, often giving him kisses and letting him touch her in ways other boys would have been kicked to the moon for trying. She enjoyed his touches and gentle nature and he was in heaven being able to be this close to her. To everyone in school, the two seemed like a happy couple.

Sex life outside school

During her last year of high school, she was so tall and physically imposing, if someone sees her out of her school uniform they would have no idea she is 18 years old, probably guessing she is in her mid 20s.

After school she often enjoyed going to the nearby mall or library for a bit before going home. She often took a change of clothes with her to school in her backpack and would change out of her uniform on the way out. She is able to move fast enough to take her shirt and skirt off and replace them with a tank top and shorts as she walks on the sidewalk along with the other students and all they would see is a brief blur and then see her back to normal speed folding her uniform and stuffing it into her backpack.

Some boys at school have tried to record her doing that in hopes of getting to see her bare oversized boobies but she moves so fast that even the best cell phones at max framerate only capture a blur.

At one of these mall outings she met Dave, a young college man who seemed very interested in him and she found very attractive. She was already very pent up from being flirty and very grabby with Sam earlier that day so it didn't take much for Lisa to be very receptive to his advances. That day he took her to his apartment and they spent the night together.

She had fun but it was a true struggle to always be focusing on not hurting him, and when it was over, she felt mildly sexually satisfied but mentally drained. Overall she was happy this happened and accepted seeing him again, which happened half a dozen times over the next month until one day she let herself to relax and enjoy the event more, and that brief slip in concentration caused her to accidentally cut him in half.

This broke her emotionally, jumping off the apartment window to the street below and running to Jenna's house. She cried on her friend's shoulder for an hour. Talking with her best friend helped her feel better, enough to go to the police and report the event. There was a brief investigation and all evidence showed it was an accident, and thus the case was closed and sealed.

The accidental match maker

Lisa was in high school there together with Tammy and Leyla for a stretch, two grades ahead of Tammy and three ahead of Leyla, and she was indirectly responsible for bringing Tammy and Tim Salazar together.

Tim, was new to the school. He had recently moved with his family and had just enrolled to Kevin Lee Leap HS, a few months into the school year in the same grade as Tammy. He was rushing out of a class without looking where he was going and slammed into Lisa, and given how much taller Lisa is than an average person, his face smacked right into her ass. The impact against her glutes triggered an instant, involuntary clench. Her powerful glutes went from already semi-hard to swollen rock-hard in a fraction of a second, smashing into his face like a thrown punch, bloodying his nose and knocking him down to the floor hard.

Tammy immediately came to the boy's aid and took him to the infirmary and stayed with him. This was the moment the two met and became the start of a long ongoing romance between the two.

Holding down a job

Lisa's enormous size and strength combined with her ability to cause accidents has made it almost impossible for her to hold down steady work. She has tried waitressing, food delivery, tour guiding, and a string of other jobs, and most of them have ended the same way: something breaks, someone gets hurt, and she is let go not long after. She keeps coming back to waitressing for practical reasons. There are restaurants everywhere to choose from, the profession asks for few formal references or background checks, and Lisa is very beautiful, which draws in customers.

When she is focused she is an excellent waitress. When she is not, the accidents are the ordinary kind, bumping into someone over a table, backing into a coworker or customer and pinning them against the wall with her rear hard enough to knock them out, or the classic food spill. They are the kind of mistakes that get a waitress fired by an exasperated boss, but so far nothing that would send for the police. She is a natural with people too, which suits the job. She is currently waitressing again, for now.

Fatal accidents

Of all her siblings, Lisa has, without meaning to, caused more regular-person deaths than any of them, all of them unintentional. After Dave, Lisa has dated 4 other guys, and each one she took very seriously and did her best to keep safe, spending many passionate nights with them without incident until eventually one careless mistake crushes the relationship to an end.

Every time this happens she swears she'll never date again, but then she meets someone who is willing to take the risk and makes her feel all nice and fuzzy, leading to a new relationship.

However deadly she can be to her sexual partners, the number of casualties she has caused in this way pale in comparison to what she's caused out on the streets often without even noticing it. She would sometimes arrive home with a blood stain on her clothes and not know where it came from.

She has the habit of zoning out, losing herself in her thoughts, causing her to not feel or hear things going on around her. She's backed into people without looking and trampling them into the ground, moved out of the way of someone unintentionally slamming her hips against someone to her side and stamping them into a wall, crossed the street without looking and caused so many crashes into her virtually invulnerable body. The numbers since her first fatal accident at 14 years old have risen to three dozen.

These kinds of accidents to random strangers don't weigh on her as much as those few she's had during sex. She's learned that this kinds of events happen to all metas sooner or later and all she can do is try to prevent it as best as she can but when they do inevitably happen to just move on. She isn't getting depressed about it anymore and accepted it is an unavoidable cost of what she is.

No fatal accidents have occurred at work, which is part of the reason she can keep getting hired since no employer has ever had a death to report and also in Key Lake City, a death involving a meta does not lead to an immediate arrest but to a sealed investigation, and when it is found to be accidental the case stays sealed and off the public record. That has been the case every time for Lisa, who reports each accident she is aware of to the police. To this date, her public record is clean.

Tamara

Lisa was two grades ahead of Tammy, and during her junior and senior years she took on an informal guardian role over her, keeping a watchful eye out for boys who tried to take advantage of Tammy's trusting, oblivious nature. At the same time, Tammy took on the role her older sisters had taken until they graduated years earlier, to keep an eye on Lisa and prevent her from unintentionally hurting the other students.

Ray

Lisa was fascinated by her little brother Ray from the moment he was born when she was only 5 years old. Hope tried to keep the smaller children away from Ray fearing any of them could hurt him but with Lisa that was very much the rule for far longer than with any other of her sisters. This made any time she spent with her little brother much more significant and any time she could sneak into his room and play with him like any other girl meant the world to him.

Today as an adult, her closeness to her brother is one of the things that bring her peace and make an awful day finish on a positive note. And he knows, if the first thing she does when coming home is cuddling up against him and set her head on his lap, means she's not feeling well and he stops whatever he was doing to give her the attention she needs.

PERSONALITY

Lisa is well aware of her own chaos and has mostly made peace with it, closer to weary self-deprecation than despair. She keeps trying anyway, picking up a new job every time the last one falls apart rather than giving up on supporting herself, even though the pattern never seems to change. That same resignation carries over to the darker side of what her clumsiness costs: she isn't callous about the people she's accidentally killed, but she's stopped letting it break her the way it did the first time.

Lisa is also the most social of the sisters, in the sense of genuinely enjoying talking to strangers. She is a natural hostess, warm and easy to talk to, and she is always keen to listen to a customer's problems and sometimes even give advice, which suits her well in dealing with restaurant patrons. If it weren't for the problems that kept her from going to college, she would have made a great counselor or psychologist.

Lisa wishes she could be like her sisters, more in control, and capable of having a meaningful life, fall in love and start a family.

POWERS AND ABILITIES

As a Meta Delta, Lisa has all the basic superhuman traits all Metas have:

Super Strength.

The ability for the muscles to exert a force far greater than humanly possible.

Super Speed.

The ability to move at speeds far beyond humanly possible. This ability not only accelerates the body movements, it also accelerates metabolism and thinking speed, generating a perception of time slowing down.

Extreme Agility

Extreme control of her muscles along with her flexibility allow her to perform acrobatics and gymnastics at levels far above human capabilitiy.

Extreme Flexibility

Capable of bending and contorting her body far superior than the average human.

Extreme Longevity.

Capable of having a lifespan of several centuries or even millennia.

Extreme Durability.

Possessing a physical durability and resilience allowing her to be immune to blunt force trauma, lacerations, and penetration. Her body is essentially immune to any man-made weapon. Only a stronger meta is capable of hurting her.

Extremely Keen Senses.

Superhuman levels of hearing, eyesight, sense of smell, touch, and taste.

Enhanced Intelligence and Photographic Memory

A severely increased level of processing information (IQ), with greater ability of reasoning and deduction. Also a near limitless memory capacity and near instantaneous perfect recall.
Note that a higher IQ does does not imply the character to be super smart, since other factors influence how bright the person is, including knowledge, experience, naiveté, innocence, and emotional maturity.

Enhanced Endurance and Libido

Her level of stamina is far greater than a regular person, allowing her to perform for many hours non-stop. Her enhanced Libido also makes her ver difficult to satisfy fully.

Resistance to Alcohol, Toxins, and Poisons.

She is incapable of becoming drunk and is immune to all known toxins, viruses, infections, and poisons. Alcohol doesn't impair her cognition or motor control; it only lowers restraint and inhibition, so she gets a light buzz but does not suffer the negative effects of being drunk.

Resistance to Temperature Extremes

Her body is unaffected by temperature extremes, both cold and hot.

Structural Integrity Field

The ability to form a small energy field around her body which lets whatever she is touching or at very close proximity to any part of her body to gain a portion of her durability.
This allows her to sit on regular chairs despite her considerable weight, and to lay on top of a sex partner without crushing him.

Anchoring

Has the ability to fix herself to the ground or whichever platform she stands on and avoid being moved unless she allows it. The power of her anchoring is directly proportional to her power level. Weaker people can't move her while stronger metas may break the anchor.
With this ability she can pull down things that could otherwise lift her weight. Coupled with her super strength and durability, she can tank collisions with trucks and trains that would otherwise push her off her feet.

Reproductive Control

Has the natural ability to control the flow of her reproductive system, capable to decide if and when ovulation takes place.

POTENTIAL PHYSICAL FEATS

These are not real events but calculations of what she is capable of if she used her power to it's limit:

Two-handed deadlift

Can lift 67 metric tons; equivalent to lifting a fully loaded semi-truck.

Punch force:

Can hit wit a force of 73 metric tons. The impact is strong enough to shatter a concrete cinder block or a meter-thick block of ice.

A full-force punch that connects with nothing still sends a shockwave outward, enough to knock nearby bystanders down and shatter glass out to a radius of a dozen meters; and an air burst noticeable at half a city block distance.

A full-force punch landing directly on an unprotected person delivers enough energy to tear the body apart and send whatever remains flying for dozens of meters..

Kick force:

Can kick with a force of 200 metric tons-force. Enough to kick through a reinforced concrete wall.

A full-force kick on an unprotected person tears the body apart with so much energy the liquids in the body flash boil. Whatever remains is launched into the air for hundreds of meters.

High Jump:

A full power jump from sea-level can reach a height of 227 m, about two thirds of the height of the Eiffel Tower.

The force applied to the pavement for such jump releases about one kilogram of TNT-equivalent energy, roughly the explosion of a hand grenade. The sidewalk slab underfoot cracks and buckles, with loose grit and debris kicked up several meters in every direction. Anyone standing close is knocked back hard by the concussion.

Full Sprint

Can reach a speed of 67 m/s (240 km/h), the cruising speed of many high-end sports cars.

Running at that speed through a city, a continuous considerable wind trails behind her from her wake. Anyone standing less than 8 meters away from her path risks being swept clean off their feet and dragged behind her. The burst of air can be felt faintly up to half a city block away.
